I ran to CVS and purchased some NYC Top Coat and found a crystal file from Revlon on sale so I picked it up because Ive never used one before and was excited to try it out. :) I used it a few minutes ago and I love it actually. Im glad to add it to my collection. :)) I now have 4 fast dry topcoats Seche Vite, Out The Door, Sally Hansen Insta-Dri and NYC. When my camcorder comes in this week I plan on doing a comparison video on the top coats and Ill be takin pictures to show on here too. :) I took a picture of the top of my OTD bottle to prove its OTD, I took the label off so I would know how low I was getting & I dont want yall to think I was lying about what topcoat it is.
